Description: We are recruiting Security Leads to support complex projects and programmes across infrastructure, construction, corporate, and international environments. This role focuses on planning, governance, and risk management rather than front line guarding.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing security frameworks that support safe, compliant, and resilient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security planning for projects or programmes
• Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
• Develop security strategies, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and local authorities
• Support incident planning, response, and recovery

Essential requirements

• Strong background in security operations or risk management
• Experience working at a project or programme level
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
• Structured, analytical approach to security planning

Desirable

• SIA Close Protection licence
• Experience in critical infrastructure or international projects
• Consultancy or advisory background
