Description: We are looking for an experienced Hostile Environment or Security Training Instructor to deliver practical, high quality training to a range of audiences including corporate teams, NGOs, journalists, and private individuals.

This role suits a confident communicator who can translate real world experience into clear, engaging, and practical instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hostile environment, personal security, or risk awareness training
• Facilitate classroom and practical exercises
• Adapt training content to suit different audiences and threat profiles
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain training standards and safety throughout delivery

Essential requirements

• Strong background in security, military, police, or risk management
• Experience delivering training or instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, calm, and credible teaching style

Desirable

• SIA Close Protection licence
• HEAT or specialist instructor certifications
• Medical or trauma training
• Experience training non security professionals
