Description: We are seeking an experienced Executive Protection Lead or Team Leader to oversee protective operations for high profile principals. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, and the ability to manage people, planning, and risk in complex environments.

You will take responsibility for operational delivery, team coordination, and client liaison, ensuring protection is effective, discreet, and proportionate at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage close protection teams on live operations
• Conduct and sign off advance work, route planning, and venue assessments
• Act as primary point of contact with the principal or client representatives
• Manage rotas, briefings, and operational standards
• Conduct dynamic risk assessments and oversee incident response
• Maintain accurate reporting and post task reviews

Essential requirements

• Valid SIA Close Protection licence
• Significant operational close protection experience
• Proven leadership or team lead experience
• Strong communication and decision making skills
• Ability to operate calmly under pressure
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• International protection experience
• Protective intelligence or advance training
• Medical qualification
• Full UK driving licence
